1. About the App

The App is a left/right nursing timer, a place to write down what you are thinking while you feed, and a chat that answers briefly.

2. It is neither medical care nor a helpline

The App is not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, and nobody — no clinician, no counsellor — is answering. Replies are text prepared inside the App. If you are worried about yourself or your baby, speak to a doctor, a midwife, or your local support service. If life is at risk, call your local emergency number without hesitating.

3. Eligibility

The App is intended for users aged 13 and over, and is designed for a parent to use for themselves.

4. Your data

The App keeps your data on your device. Backup and migration are your responsibility. If data is lost through device failure, loss, replacement, or deletion of the App, we cannot restore it.

5. Pricing, renewal, and cancellation

• ・The nursing timer and the log work without paying. The chat allows 3 exchanges a day, and the look-back history shows the last 7 days.
• ・Monthly plan: ¥490/month in Japan. A 3-day free trial is configured for the first subscription (whether it applies is decided by Apple).
• ・Yearly plan: ¥2,980/year in Japan. It has no free trial.
• ・There is no one-time “pay once, keep forever” purchase.
• ・Payment is charged to your Apple ID. It renews automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• ・Cancel from Settings on your iPhone → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• ・Prices vary by country and over time. The amount shown in the App Store before you buy is the price that applies.
• ・Refunds follow Apple’s policy. We cannot process refunds ourselves.

6. Usage records are sent

The App sends usage records to our server at launch. The fields and the destination are described in the Privacy Policy. The current version has no setting to stop this. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

7. Prohibited conduct

Reverse engineering, modifying, or redistributing the App, impersonating others, and using the App for unlawful purposes are prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

Except in cases of intent or gross negligence on our part, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App. Chat replies are pre-written text. They are not medical advice.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms when needed. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes relating to the App.
